Holistic Health Coaching

I'm so glad you are here! Why? Because I have been where you are now - struggling and surviving. I was consumed by anxiety and had terrible insomnia which left me feeling tired but wired, and I had brain fog so badly I was barely able to function or even make simple decisions. I couldn't see a way out of this suffering or understand how I was ever going to feel normal again.

But I am no longer suffering like this even though I live with the long-term stress that comes from having two family members who are chronically unwell. And I am far from perfect - yes I still get stressed and anxious - so I actively work on my wellbeing every day. I really am a 'work in progress'!

I want you to know that with my support as a qualified health coach, who also has first-hand experience of living with mental distress, you can learn to manage your stress, anxiety or feelings of overwhelm too by taking one step at a time.

 

By using holistic 'whole person' approaches that are backed by science and psychology, I can help you begin to nurture your mind-body connection and actively manage your stress and anxiety. Just like a personal trainer who helps people improve their physical health, I will be there by your side encouraging and supporting you to set your own goals that will transform into life-long, healthy habits.

 

You will begin to thrive, not just survive, despite what is going on around you. I will help you build your resilience 'tool kit' so that you can take it with you anywhere and use it anytime you start to feel overwhelmed. 

Managing your stress and anxiety is important and needs to be prioritised because if left unmanaged, it can lead to more serious health issues such as obesity, digestive problems, hormone disruption, inflammation and heart disease.

 

But there are no quick fixes to reduce stress and anxiety; it takes time, commitment and regular practice to learn to manage these states and start enjoying life once again.

 

With my help you can learn healthy ways to manage your stress and anxiety and to love life once again.
